These classes will take you through the basics of the Old Ways witchcraft of Eastern and South-Eastern Europe as it has been transmitted through generations and is still practised nowadays in that area of the world. We do add from time to time classes related to energy work, mythology and other subjects, if we receive feed-back from students that it is a desired subject of study. You need to be aware that what is understood by "basics" is quite extensive.We are trying to keep these classes as un-biased spiritually as possible, and focus mainly on witchcraft. We do NOT teach the spirituality of the Eastern Europe Old Ways, neither do we proselytize or do recruiting for our coven. Be aware that if after reading our coven's website and laws you decide that you want to become one of our dedicated for initiation, the requirements of study, knowledge and moral fiber are quite hard and not everybody makes it.The only reason these classes were initiated is to pass on the Old Ways witchcraft knowledge unaltered for the ones who want to learn it, but due to distance and financial reasons are unable to attend the live classes. Being a tradition that is orally transmitted, the classes are in a form of VIDEOS. They were recorded during a course of a year in our "basics of witchcraft" study course. The classes are live, with on-site participants - except of a few that were only on live broadcast, with no live audience, due mostly to weather conditions. There are 33 classes with a duration of an hour to an hour and a half each. The classes are taught by our Priestess Day. She is of Romanian origin, born and raised in Romania and moved to the US in 1999. Her accent is just the right flavor for these classes - original, authentic Old World witchcraft.The yearly subscription is $25.00. Your subscription will be valid for one year - and we hope that in one year you will be able to pas the testing and get into the advanced classes. The advanced classes will require no additional subscription, just passing the testing. For the moment, we do not broadcast any more online classes. The material that is already recorded covers a full year of study of basics of East-European witchcraft. Once we have enough students that have graduated, a second tier of live broadcast will be started (with the recording of each of them), accessible only to students who have graduated the basics. A DVD collection of the classes (with subtitles) is in preparation, hopefully will be availabile by May 2011.
